For any discrepancies related to your order—such as missing items, incorrect programming, or damaged keychains—we kindly request a clear unboxing video that shows the package in its sealed state and documents the opening process. This evidence is essential for us to investigate and process any claims for refunds or replacements in a fair and transparent manner. Please note that without such proof, we may be unable to proceed with compensation.

All Dropin NFC keychains are personalized and made to order, which means they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of incorrect programming or damage during shipping as outlined in our Return Policy.
